We do our best to make cookie magic happen every time. Here’s what you need to know about order changes, substitutions, and other important details.

Robert Street Cookies does not accept pre-orders after 11:59 on Wednesdays. We bake and schedule deliveries in advance to ensure your cookies arrive fresh and perfect, so we cannot make exceptions for late orders.

Order Modifications

Need to update your order? Please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery day. We can assist with changes to delivery address or recipient details within our delivery zones.

 Item changes or flavour substitutions are not available once the order is placed.

Out-of-Stock / Flavour Substitutions

Mistakes are rare, but if an item is out of stock or not up to our standard once baked, we will contact the order placer to discuss options so every order still arrives as sweet as expected.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch with us, and we will work to make it right.

Allergens

Robert Street Cookies is not a nut-free or allergen-free facility. Our cookies are baked in a kitchen that handles wheat, milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, sesame, and corn. While we take care, cross-contamination may occur.
